How is my total delivery time determined?

The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.

Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.

How to Charge the Black and Decker Pivot Plus

The Black and Decker Pivot Plus is a cordless, rechargeable drill and screwdriver, and must be charged before initial use and on a routine basis as part of general product maintenance.

1. Plug the charger that came with your Black and Decker Pivot Plus into the charging port of the screwdriver, which is located on the bottom half of the screwdriver's handle.
2. Plug the other end of the charger into a nearby standard electrical outlet.
3. Allow the Pivot Plus to charge for between three and six hours. If this is your first time charging the Pivot Plus, you must leave it on the charger for nine hours before initial use.
4. Remove the charger from the electrical outlet, then disconnect the screwdriver from the charger when it is ready for use.

Warnings
* Never charge your Pivot Plus in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit (4.4 degrees Celsius) or above 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40.5 degrees Celsius), as these temperatures may result in permanent damage to the battery.
* Do not leave the Pivot Plus on the charger for more than 30 days without use. Leaving the screwdriver on the charger for extended periods of time without use can result in reduced overall battery life.
